Salary: $114,088 to $124,250

What you will do

• Develop analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming.
• Advance technical expertise of customers and partners through the hirify.global e-learning Academy program.
• Build hirify.global applications for e-learning courses using Rise 360 and promote best practices via hands-on training.
• Act as a liaison between product and engineering teams to integrate new product information into the Academy.
• Administer and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), including Skilljar and hirify.global training systems.
• Lead the creation and rollout of the advanced developer certification program as the Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing hirify.global applications for e-learning courses with Rise 360.
• Experience implementing custom BI & CPM solutions using agile methodology.
• Experience managing developer certification programs.
• Ability to travel 10% (domestic and international).
• Must be located in or able to work hybrid in the Boston MSA.
