What you will do

• Analyze complex data from multiple sources, including CMMS, Accounting, Lease Administration, and Corporate systems.
• Prepare timely and accurate comprehensive financial reporting packages for stakeholders.
• Conduct research and data analysis using spreadsheets and management tools to communicate accounting issues.
• Manage Account Performance Metrics, specifically tracking KPIs, CPIs, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with account leadership on initiatives such as Savings Glidepath, spend benchmarking, and financial modeling.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Accountants and Analysts, leading team meetings and specific projects.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, BI Analytics, and other MS Office tools.
• Experience with Yardi or other real estate accounting software is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities and high attention to detail.
