Generative AI Engineer (AI): Building agentic AI systems to optimize internal operations for the Marketing organization with an accent on multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and LLM integration. Location: Must be based in New York or remotely within the Eastern Time Zone (US only)

Salary: $160,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end agentic AI solutions and multi-agent systems using hirify.global's platform and frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI.
• Implement advanced RAG pipelines, including agentic and GraphRAG, using Knowledge Banks with reranking and dynamic filtering.
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs across multiple providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) applying model routing strategies.
• Develop autonomous AI agents and custom MCP servers to enable agent-to-tool integration across systems.
• Create front-end user interfaces for AI applications using Vue.js, Node.js, or hirify.global's webapps framework.
• Design and maintain evaluation frameworks (evals) to measure reliability, accuracy, and cost in production.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills and experience with typical data science and AI engineering libraries.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, and production deployment of AI agents.
• Proficiency with modern agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Deep understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding strategies.
• Web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS), preferably with experience in Vue.js and Node.js.
• Must be based in the US and located within the Eastern Time Zone for remote work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the hirify.global platform.
• Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Gong, or Outreach.
