Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY (in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week)

Salary: $129,000 - $195,000 USD (depending on location zone)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end design of key features across the product ecosystem
• Use AI to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, and generate early prototypes
• Create visually compelling and cohesive designs that elevate the user experience
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Research partners
• Contribute to and evolve the internal design system
• Set the standard for design craft and product excellence across the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio
• Demonstrated success designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech
• Experience taking products from initial concept to successful launch
• Active use of LLMs and AI tools to accelerate design exploration and execution
• Strong systems thinking and ability to maintain scalable design systems

Nice to have

• Prototyping and motion design skills to bring interactions to life
