What you will do

• Define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents for large-scale customer interactions.
• Act as a strategic partner to customers to drive the adoption of AI initiatives.
• Convert business requirements into high-performing AI agent designs.
• Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent complex agentic projects.
• Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Optimize agent behavior using conversational design and performance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and engineering workflows.
• Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in demanding environments.
• Excellent communication skills for distilling technical details for non-technical audiences.
