What you will do

• Collaborate with research, data science, and analytics teams to understand audience behaviors.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into compelling creative and audience strategies.
• Influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams to implement insights.
• Champion the adoption of the Audience Map across the organization to maximize effectiveness.
• Support the Head of Planning in embedding insights across the brand and marketing lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must identify as deaf, disabled, or neurodivergent (eligible for the hirify.global Extend programme).
• Proven ability to translate complex audience insight into clear business strategies.
• Experience facilitating workshops and leading creative discussions to generate alignment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinker with a curious, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Confident communicator capable of crafting narratives from complex information.
