What you will do
- Provide first-level service support for customers via telephone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to ’s hardware, software, and systems.
- Maintain and update the CRM to ensure all requests are followed up quickly and efficiently.
- Liaise with Service Engineers and coordinate with internal departments.
- Perform administrative duties, including the management of the Credifon system.
- Identify and escalate urgent situations requiring immediate attention.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a client-facing technical service environment.
- Excellent phone manners and confidence in communicating with customers.
- Creative problem-solving approach and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous assignments.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office.
