What you will do
- Deliver timely support via email, web, and phone for EMEA customers, aligning with regional SLAs.
- Master 's product functionalities and ecosystem integrations, including Salesforce, telephony systems, and APIs.
- Collaborate with Dublin-based Success, Sales, and Product teams, and global R&D to resolve complex issues.
- Create localized self-service resources, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and technical guides.
Requirements
- Recent Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Technical aptitude in SaaS architecture, web components, and software troubleshooting.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Legal eligibility to work in Ireland.
Nice to have
- Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., French, German, or Spanish).
