TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (must be legally eligible to work in Ireland)

hirify.global provides a Revenue AI Operating System that unifies data and workflows to help revenue teams close more deals.

What you will do

  • Deliver timely support via email, web, and phone for EMEA customers, aligning with regional SLAs.
  • Master hirify.global's product functionalities and ecosystem integrations, including Salesforce, telephony systems, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with Dublin-based Success, Sales, and Product teams, and global R&D to resolve complex issues.
  • Create localized self-service resources, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and technical guides.

Requirements

  • Recent Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Technical aptitude in SaaS architecture, web components, and software troubleshooting.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Ireland.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., French, German, or Spanish).
