What you will do

• Write and refine UX copy for a mobile product focused on daily member engagement.
• Develop and iterate on LLM prompts to drive personalized, high-quality content.
• Build scalable content design systems that leverage AI while maintaining clinical accuracy and human judgment.
• Partner with product designers to create intuitive mobile experiences and UX flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinical partners from concept to launch.
• Propose solutions that balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in product content design.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and measurable impact in a product context.
• Proven experience using LLMs and prompting (testing, evaluating, and iterating) as a core part of the design practice.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and LLM tools (e.g., Claude Cowork, Claude Code).
• Experience translating UX research insights into tangible product solutions.
