What you will do

• Participate in real client projects in the financial services industry.
• Help organizations improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital business innovation and cloud technology.
• Support the introduction of software solutions covering banking and insurance processes end to end.
• Provide consulting services and contribute to projects with the team.
• Build expertise in products, customer processes, and financial-services operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, business administration, economics, banking, or finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including estimation and quantitative business judgment.
• Structured thinking, stringent logic, and clear communication skills.
• Interest in at least one banking, finance, or insurance area, such as retail banking, payments, lending, credit risk, embedded finance, or insurance management.
• Ambition to create solutions and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Experience in consulting or product development.
