TL;DR
Associate Product Manager (Payments): Driving the end-to-end experimentation strategy for deposit and withdrawal UI/UX with an accent on identifying friction points and shipping winning variants. Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (3 days per week in office). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do
- Own the experimentation roadmap for deposit and withdrawal UI/UX, from hypothesis formation to analysis and shipping.
- Analyze user behavior using session replays, funnel analysis, and user interviews to surface pain points.
- Develop detailed product requirements and user stories, coordinating through design, engineering, and QA.
- Ensure all new payment experiences meet regulatory and risk requirements in collaboration with Compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between Design, Engineering, Data Science, Payments Operations, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, product analytics, UX, or growth (internships included).
- Proficiency with data tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing principles, including statistical significance and sample sizing.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into crisp, actionable recommendations.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or consumer financial products.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as financial services or gaming.
- Familiarity with Figma for UX design collaboration.
- Experience with daily fantasy sports, sports betting, or consumer mobile apps.
