Location: Remote (Shifts are in PST time zone)

What you will do
- Support collectors via chat, email, and phone regarding auctions, card valuations, and platform functionalities.
- Handle and resolve complex account questions with empathy and care.
- Document interactions and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance service quality.
- Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to the user experience.
Requirements
- Must be an active user and expert of the platform.
- Must be an active collector in the sports and collectibles industry.
- 1-2+ years of professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and ticketing systems (specifically Intercom).
- Ability to work specific PST shifts from Wednesday to Sunday.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with tools such as Retool, Slack, and Notion.
