What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including API docs, user guides, job aids, and FAQs.
• Manage documentation repositories within Confluence and SharePoint.
• Partner with engineers, developers, and program teams to gather requirements and ensure technical accuracy.
• Support Agile delivery activities, including user story creation, backlog refinement, and PI planning.
• Maintain documentation governance, consistency, and content reuse standards.
• Manage multiple documentation and delivery initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical writing, product support, or project delivery.
• 2+ years of Product Owner experience within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting complex technical systems, APIs, or developer-facing platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments.
• Experience supporting engineering platforms or developer tools.
• Certifications such as CSPO, Scrum, PMP, or related SDLC certifications.
