What you will do

• Lead and coach a distributed team of 6 seasoned DevOps engineers across France, Europe, and Asia.
• Balance time equally (50/50) between people management (hiring, performance) and hands-on technical work.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the infrastructure and developer platform.
• Drive key technical initiatives, such as the rollout of ArgoCD.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs by enforcing FinOps best practices.
• Participate in the team's support and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and team management experience with diverse engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and monitoring tools at scale.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience executing technical roadmaps.
• Proficient in English.
• Must be based in France for both hybrid and remote options.
