What you will do

• Manage and grow the Evaluation & Annotation team, directly leading 4-6 engineers.
• Define the technical roadmap in alignment with AI platform and Applied AI goals.
• Collaborate with core platform teams to tailor storage and data pipelines to AI needs.
• Establish a strong team culture based on engineering standards and customer focus.
• Remain hands-on through code reviews, design reviews, and occasional coding.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading software engineering teams as a Tech Lead or People Manager.
• Strong technical background combining backend, data engineering, and infrastructure experience.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office in a hybrid setup.
