What you will do

• Drive architectural decisions related to infrastructure and deployments.
• Support and expand internal infrastructure for engineering teams.
• Translate product vision into clear technical roadmaps and drive execution end-to-end.
• Train and uplift engineering and field teams on infrastructure-related work.
• Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, security, and performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure and platform engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Proven track record of shipping software to large enterprise customers.
• Experience contributing to or leading open source projects.
• Deep technical foundation in Linux, Kubernetes, containers, and at least one major public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of IP networking, HTTP fundamentals, and Infrastructure as Code.

Nice to have

• Significant professional experience with Go, Postgres, GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Prior experience building developer tooling.
• Active public open source contributions.
