What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tooling using Terraform.
• Evolve RBAC/IAM frameworks for multi-tenant environments across infrastructure and application layers.
• Improve Kubernetes-based deployment workflows and platform services.
• Develop internal tools and observability capabilities to enhance developer velocity.
• Participate in on-call rotations and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Apply security and networking best practices to harden the platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and production-grade Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of RBAC/IAM at both infrastructure and application levels.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of security and networking fundamentals.
• Experience participating in support or on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Background in developer experience (DX) or internal tooling.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth engineering environment.
• Relevant security certifications.
