What you will do

• Uncover business and product opportunities through robust analytics in a highly complex logistics domain.
• Define and develop actionable performance metrics and KPIs that drive data-driven decision-making.
• Build powerful data models and products to deliver actionable insights to the Driver Squad.
• Lead analytics work regarding Driver Pay, Driver Performance, and Incentivisation.
• Line-manage and coach 1-2 Analytics professionals, providing clear feedback and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to identify efficiency gains.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data science.
• Proven experience line managing or mentoring other data professionals.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with modern BI tools, specifically Looker and LookML.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work at the Shoreditch HQ.
• AI-savvy with a pragmatic approach to balance analytical rigour with speed.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, Dagster, Airbyte, or BigQuery.
• Knowledge of geospatial analytics tools.
• Experience with pandas, polars, and data-diff.
