What you will do

• Own and drive the full marketing strategy for exclusive entertainment experiences and hirify.global Original events.
• Develop and execute scalable multichannel marketing plans to reach millions of users worldwide.
• Launch and optimize high-visibility performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
• Manage regional P&L and lead large-scale marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI.
• Utilize advanced data insights and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and refine growth models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content teams to provide strategic direction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on exposure to multichannel and paid media strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with deep command of performance metrics and forecasting.
• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating effectively in cross-functional environments.
• English proficiency is required.
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure and maintain quality in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires to support the hybrid work setup.
