What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for interns, entry-level, and junior roles across all departments.
• Manage the 'Best Internship in Retail' (BIIR) program, including onboarding, training, and development.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with universities and MBO/HBO coordinators to secure talent pipelines.
• Drive employer branding by owning the LinkedIn content strategy and organizing branding photoshoots.
• Coordinate and host BIIR events and manage the Ambassador Program for continuous improvement.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs for the HQ in the Netherlands.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or consultancy role.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and project coordination.
• Strong skills in event organization and content creation for employer branding.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
• English: Excellent communication skills required (Dutch is a plus).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Hilversum, Netherlands.
