Location: Hybrid in Hilversum, Netherlands (60:40 policy)

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for interns, entry-level, and junior roles across all departments.
- Manage the 'Best Internship in Retail' (BIIR) program, including onboarding, training, and development.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities and MBO/HBO coordinators to secure talent pipelines.
- Drive employer branding by owning the LinkedIn content strategy and organizing branding photoshoots.
- Coordinate and host BIIR events and manage the Ambassador Program for continuous improvement.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs for the HQ in the Netherlands.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or consultancy role.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and project coordination.
- Strong skills in event organization and content creation for employer branding.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
- English: Excellent communication skills required (Dutch is a plus).
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Hilversum, Netherlands.
