What you will do

  • Own the full end-to-end recruitment process from drafting job postings to guiding candidates through contract signing and preboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high-quality candidate journey.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment needs and provide regular updates on process progress.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and educational institutions.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as Skill-Based Hiring and Employer Branding.
  • Represent the company as a key ambassador at national and international events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's level thinking and working.
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch.
  • Based in Amsterdam to support the hybrid office requirement.
  • Proactive and energetic approach to attracting talent in competitive markets.
