What you will do
- Own the full end-to-end recruitment process from drafting job postings to guiding candidates through contract signing and preboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high-quality candidate journey.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment needs and provide regular updates on process progress.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and educational institutions.
- Contribute to strategic projects such as Skill-Based Hiring and Employer Branding.
- Represent the company as a key ambassador at national and international events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's level thinking and working.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.
- Based in Amsterdam to support the hybrid office requirement.
- Proactive and energetic approach to attracting talent in competitive markets.
