What you will do

• Execute full-lifecycle executive search engagements for C-suite and Board-level positions.
• Perform deep market mapping and identify senior candidate pipelines within the Financial Services sector.
• Engage with senior professionals as a brand ambassador for the firm.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to consultants and engagement teams.
• Prepare high-quality client-facing documentation and presentations.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities during search execution.

Requirements

• Experience in executive search within Financial Services or a closely related sector.
• Fluent English proficiency (Dutch is a strong advantage).
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Confidence interacting with senior executives and C-suite leaders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office.
