TL;DR

Junior Talent Partner (HR): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding for global roles with an accent on candidate experience and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and scaling recruitment operations within a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Romania, Poland, Portugal, Egypt, Spain, Lithuania, Hungary, South Africa, or Ukraine)

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes for global positions.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, and offer stages.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and scale talent acquisition efforts.
  • Oversee the pre-boarding and onboarding process to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
  • Collaborate with People, IT, and Finance teams on organizational culture and engagement projects.

Requirements

  • Degree (or final year) in HR, Psychology, or related field, or up to 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for an international environment.
  • High attention to detail regarding record-keeping and process compliance.
  • Ability to work across different time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Basic familiarity with ATS tools like Lever or Workable.
  • Must be based in Romania, Poland, Portugal, Egypt, Spain, Lithuania, Hungary, South Africa, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of EOR (Employer of Record) or global hiring practices.
