Salary: $145,500 – $235,400

What you will do

• Design and build full-stack features to address enterprise adoption requirements for the Observability product.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) support to make dashboards, alerts, and configurations version-controlled and auditable.
• Create data import/export pipelines and connect alerts to issue trackers like Jira, Linear, and PagerDuty.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and customers to refine enterprise requirements.
• Participate in architecture discussions and maintain production reliability through on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience shipping production-quality full-stack features.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/React on the frontend and Go (or similar) on the backend.
• Experience building scalable APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations.
• Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Understanding of enterprise needs: RBAC, compliance, auditability, and GitOps.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with hirify.global's feature flagging or Observability products.
