What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, ensuring alignment between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Lead discovery and delivery by maintaining a clear, prioritized roadmap focused on outcomes.
• Champion the integration of AI tooling across the SDLC to accelerate research, documentation, and development.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships, navigating trade-offs and commercial health with executive presence.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and support commercial conversations with strategic insight.
• Mentor junior product team members and contribute to the evolution of the internal Product Practice.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager in a digital consultancy or agency environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior client stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate the SDLC and product delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness, including SOW management and budget health.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies with a flexible, outcome-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite audiences.
