What you will do
- Lead enterprise customer onboarding, implementation, and deployment engagements.
- Provide technical consulting and architecture guidance for deployments.
- Support integrations across collaboration, telephony, VDI, identity, and endpoint management platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex customer environments and drive high-priority issues to resolution.
- Partner with customer IT and security teams during deployment planning and rollout.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and improve documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
- Experience deploying software via Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or Group Policy.
- Proficiency with identity technologies including SAML, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and Okta/Azure AD.
- Working knowledge of VDI environments such as Citrix, Omnissa Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, Firewalls, SSL inspection) and basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
