Salary: $69,300 – $158,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the application of analytical risk management principles to enable mission assurance.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems using advanced technical expertise.
• Define and validate operational needs through JCIDS and stakeholder engagement.
• Create detailed requirements documentation and perform gap analyses.
• Align program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks and governance processes.
• Support the transition of programs into DoD Programs of Record (POR).

Requirements

• Experience in Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and requirements management tools.
• Proven track record in developing requirements documentation and conducting gap analyses.
• Expertise in DoD governance processes and capability development documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Systems, or 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA and potentially visit customer facilities.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional, or CBAP.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
