What you will do

• Manage ongoing relationships with influencer marketing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend suitable influencer marketing strategies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance across multiple platforms, monitoring KPIs like engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Analyze influencer data to provide optimization recommendations for campaign improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer success, account management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or campaign analytics.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with reporting tools, Google Sheets, or Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail.
