TL;DR

Influencer Manager (Marketing): Leading performance-focused influencer activity and creator partnerships for a health and wellness brand with an accent on customer acquisition and commercial optimization. Focus on sourcing and managing creator pipelines, optimizing CPA/ROAS, and scaling successful partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid (Surrey). Must be able to work from the Farnham office 3 days per week and attend creator meetings in London

Salary: £40,000–£50,000

What you will do

  • Drive influencer campaigns focused on customer acquisition, CPA targets, and revenue growth.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships across multiple social platforms.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing pipeline of creators, agencies, and talent partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to improve efficiency and scale successful partnerships.
  • Collaborate with growth and leadership teams to raise standards and accelerate campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong influencer marketing experience within a performance or growth-focused environment.
  • Commercial confidence working toward CPA, ROAS, or acquisition-based targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with creators and agencies.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical capability, including proficiency in Excel and interpreting campaign data.
