What you will do

• Execute and manage affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic affiliate partners and manage ongoing relationships.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and updates for internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and partner communications to support campaign launches.
• Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, platforms, and emerging partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate, partnership, influencer, or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with tracking technologies, including cookies, pixels, and attribution methodologies.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Awin, or Everflow.
• Proficiency in using analytics platforms, reporting tools, and spreadsheets.
• Experience working in Google Workspace and project management systems.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for company benefits.
