TL;DR

Learning Systems Solution Architect (LMS): Developing and implementing strategic learning technology solutions including LMS and cloud-based platforms with an accent on end-to-end system implementation and technical advisory. Focus on resolving complex system issues, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable designs, and ensuring platform reliability in federal enterprise environments.

Location: Lexington Park, MD, USA. Remote work is available, but occasional in-person attendance at Booz Allen or customer facilities may be required.

Salary: $69,300.00 – $158,000.00 (annualized USD)

What you will do

  • Provide strategic and tactical advice on learning technology systems (LMS) and cloud-based platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end system implementations from requirements gathering and design to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analyses to ensure platform reliability.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Create and deliver client-facing documentation, including user guides and technical recommendations.
  • Develop innovative solutions for complex training requirements without considerable direction.

Requirements

  • Secret clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems/LMS implementation, or 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in solution design, configuration, testing, and validation of LMS or cloud-based platforms.
  • Ability to present complex system concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Cornerstone OnDemand Certification.
  • Knowledge of talent management frameworks (competency modeling, succession planning) in the public sector.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders for scalable solution configurations.
  • Expertise in facilitation and communication best practices.
