What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight and hands-on execution for family office and investment structures.
• Oversee financial management, liquidity planning, and reporting for the principal's portfolio.
• Lead budgeting processes and strengthen financial controls across the family office.
• Coordinate with external tax, legal, audit, and corporate service providers.
• Drive process efficiency by implementing AI-enabled tools and modern technologies.
• Assist with transaction activity, including structuring, diligence, and financing.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or ACMA), preferably chartered.
• Senior finance leadership experience in a family office, private equity, or principal investment environment.
• Strong technical finance capabilities and sound commercial judgement.
• Ability to handle both personal/family office and business/investment matters.
• Proven track record of process improvement and implementing modern systems/AI tools.
• High level of discretion and ability to work effectively with principals and external advisers.
