What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale actuarial and data projects.
• Take ownership of key workstreams, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to timelines.
• Solve complex, non-standard technical cases and resolve actuarial challenges within projects.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to developing best practices within the Projects Team.
• Develop innovative solutions for niche and complex actuarial issues.

Requirements

• Actuarial or pensions project experience, specifically in GMP Equalisation, Benefit Rectification, or Insurance Readiness.
• Proven experience owning workstreams within large or complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
