What you will do

• Develop and manage scheme-specific transition plans for a portfolio of PRT transactions
• Manage end-to-end transition activity across agreed timelines, risks, and milestones
• Coordinate with trustees, advisers, brokers, and administrators to agree on data and benefit verification processes
• Support PRT Business Development activity, including tenders, beauty parades, and site visits
• Lead internal workstreams and collaborate with various teams across the organization
• Maintain accurate transition MI and provide timely updates to the management team

Requirements

• Pension qualification such as CII or PMI, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrable experience within the Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) market
• Experience administering or onboarding defined benefit (DB) pension schemes
• Strong knowledge of DB pension regulations, including wind-up requirements and interaction with PPF and FAS
• Proven project planning, prioritization, and delivery skills
• Confident communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management certification
