Project Manager - ESN: Planning, leading, and orchestrating functional ESN projects to deliver assured operational service capabilities with an accent on integrated delivery planning, governance, and service readiness across mobile, user, and authority workstreams. Focus on resolving complex delivery challenges, managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and ensuring testing and assurance activities complete for emergency service end users.

What you will do

• Integrate multiple ESN delivery workstreams into assured, operational service capabilities adopted by emergency service users.
• Establish and govern integrated delivery plans covering scope, resources, dependencies, risks, finances, and critical-path activities.
• Provide governance, financial, and delivery reporting to enable effective decision-making and assurance.
• Manage project expenditure, including forecast and variance, within approved CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Ensure service readiness by completing testing and assurance activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with BT, EE, Authority stakeholders, suppliers, and the user community, up to Director level.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering projects to service-ready outcomes in a technology-focused telecoms environment, ideally for high-priority mobile network services.
• Professional experience delivering medium to large projects using a gated project governance process.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills to drive open and sustained communication channels up to Director of level.
• Ability to build consensus, influence outcomes, and resolve complex delivery challenges through problem solving and negotiation.
• Strong planning and scheduling capability, including proficiency with MS Project.
• Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets to meet budget targets.
• National Security Vetting required to SC or NPPV level.
