Location: Must be based in the UK. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person attendance approximately four days a week.

What you will do
- Own and deliver rapid, data-led biddable media activity across search and social channels.
- Lead iterative test-and-learn cycles, including sprints and rapid hypothesis testing.
- Manage multi-million-pound budgets (£40m+) with full accountability for ROI and effectiveness.
- Ensure all government governance, compliance, and assurance requirements are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine planning, campaign setup, and in-flight optimisation.
- Leverage WPP Open and AI capabilities to support automation and insight generation.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Proven experience delivering biddable media in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Expertise across the digital media and paid social landscape.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets with outcome accountability.
- Confidence operating in regulated or complex client environments, such as government.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills at a senior level.
