What you will do

• Manage pre-clearance reviews of shipping and customs documentation to ensure completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a central coordination point between clients, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and compliance risks.
• Monitor broker response timelines, operational KPIs, and workflow statuses within the digital trade platform.
• Support the onboarding and implementation of GTM operational workflows and SOPs for new clients and regions.
• Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports regarding documentation accuracy and turnaround times.

Requirements

• Experience in trade documentation, customs compliance, or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and airway bills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with external brokers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and managing operational exceptions.
• Experience with SOP development and process standardization.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying data inconsistencies and compliance risks.
