Data Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Colombia

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support business and digital product growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists while mentoring and developing data talent.
• Define priorities and roadmaps by balancing stakeholder needs and communicating the value of data initiatives.
• Analyze data structures, relationships, patterns, trends, and product performance using metrics and KPIs.
• Support data governance, data architecture, infrastructure, and the incorporation of AI into team workflows.

Requirements

• Remote work from Colombia.
• English at C1 level or above.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Strong strategic thinking, product mindset, and value-based prioritization skills.
• Proven team leadership experience with a hands-on approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in data platforms, data visualization, or advanced analytics.
• Experience with on-premises and data cloud migrations.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience with AI/ML.
• Spanish reading, writing, and speaking skills.
