Salesforce Operations Associate (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Own source-of-truth dashboards and reporting for sales coverage, velocity, win rates, segment health, rep productivity, and ramp.
• Run account enrichment, scraping, and ICP-fit scoring workflows for inbound and outbound sales motions.
• Partner with leadership on territory design, quota modeling, capacity planning, and pricing and packaging analysis.
• Champion Salesforce data quality and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the Systems Associate to build clean data pipelines into BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Translate analysis into recommendations and drive adoption with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Operations, or a similar data-heavy commercial role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience in reporting, analytics, and debugging is required.
• Ability to build and optimize reports and dashboards, troubleshoot data discrepancies, navigate custom objects and complex relationships, and trace issues across the Salesforce data model.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales funnels, go-to-market motions, and commercial performance drivers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for presenting to senior global stakeholders.
