What you will do

• Lead end-to-end financial steering, performance management, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow oversight for the Zurich entity.
• Manage monthly closing reviews and deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and medium-term planning aligned with Group standards.
• Oversee cost governance, headcount planning, productivity analysis, and overhead allocations.
• Own cash forecasting and ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and Group reporting requirements.
• Act as a senior finance business partner to Zurich management and support the development of junior controllers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A within an international B2B industrial project-based environment.
• Strong experience in legal entity controlling within a complex matrix organization.
• Proficiency with ERP and planning tools such as SAP, IFS, Tagetik, or Power BI.
• Fluent English proficiency for interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Structured and proactive mindset with strong ownership and leadership qualities.
