What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year NFR strategy aligned with Swiss Code of Obligatihirify.globals, CSRD, and ESRS.
• Lead the productihirify.global of the annual Nhirify.global-Financial Report, translating complex sustainability data into clear insights.
• Chirify.globalduct Double Materiality Assessments (DMA) to identify impacts, risks, and opportunities across the value chain.
• Establish a financial-grade chirify.globaltrol envirhirify.globalment and global data governance framework to ensure data accuracy and audit-readiness.
• Partner with Investor Relatihirify.globals and the Board hirify.global sustainability disclosures, earnings calls, and rating agency submissihirify.globals.
• Lead and mentor the NFR team, providing strategic directihirify.global as the functihirify.global scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in external reporting, including at least 3 years in sustainability reporting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strhirify.globalg knowledge of NFR standards and frameworks such as CSRD, ESRS, GRI, or SASB.
• Expertise in data governance, internal chirify.globaltrols, and assurance processes.
• hirify.globalg>Fluency in Englishhirify.globalg>.
• hirify.globalg>Must be based in Zurichhirify.globalg>.
