What you will do

• Manage a back-office team of 3 people and handle daily operational activities.
• Oversee settlement and booking of securities, cash, and digital asset transactions.
• Perform daily reconciliations and process corporate/crypto actions such as staking.
• Maintain the security master file and manage relationships with correspondent banks and brokers.
• Produce regulatory, tax, and client reports.
• Collaborate with the IT team to test new features and improve the platform.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration, economics, banking, or accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in back-offices of regulated financial institutions or fintech.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a small team of 3-5 people.
• Deep expertise in back-office operations for banks or securities broker-dealers.
• Strong interest or expertise in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
• Fluent in English.
