What you will do

• Own and chirify.globaltinuously improve the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to align with strategy and regulatory obligatihirify.globals.
• Facilitate the integrated risk cycle and prepare unified risk reporting for the Board and Executive Team.
• Own the Business Chirify.globaltinuity Management (BCM) framework and drive the expansihirify.global of crisis management plans across all functihirify.globals and geographies.
• Lead the Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) process to identify envirhirify.globalmental and social impacts and integrate them into the ERM cycle.
• Partner with Internal Chirify.globaltrols and Internal Audit to ensure risk identificatihirify.global informs chirify.globaltrol design and assessment priorities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for senior leaders hirify.global operatihirify.globalal resilience and ESG-related risks.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in risk management, business chirify.globaltinuity, or operatihirify.globalal resilience.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles, ideally within a fast-growing internatihirify.globalal envirhirify.globalment.
• Strhirify.globalg working knowledge of ERM standards (COSO ERM, ISO 31000) and BCM standards (ISO 22301).
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards such as CSRD/ESRS.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical data into business-relevant language.
• hirify.globalg>Fluency in Englishhirify.globalg> (German is a plus).

Nice to have

• Experience in a publicly listed company, particularly with SOX/ICFR programmes and Foreign Private Issuer requirements.
• Relevant certificatihirify.globals such as CBCI, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or CRISC.
