What you will do

• Develop and manage physical security measures, policies, and vendor relationships for San Francisco offices.
• Support the International Director in safeguarding the global footprint through security policy writing and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee security for local events and collaborate with the resilience team on GSOC support procedures.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with local law enforcement agencies and peer security organizations.
• Create and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training programs, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate or vendor security.
• 5+ years of experience in law enforcement or military environments.
• Degree in English, English writing, or communication.
• Proven track record of selecting and managing third-party security vendors and contracted services.
• Proficiency in optimizing advanced security technologies, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in the office 4–5 days per week.
