What you will do
- Develop and implement ESG strategy, policies, and governance frameworks aligned to business priorities.
- Own carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3) and lead the SBTi-aligned emissions reduction roadmap.
- Own ESG data collection, validation, and carbon methodologies.
- Manage ESG customer and investor requests and support RFPs, due diligence, and aligned cross-functional responses.
- Lead workforce well-being, inclusion and belonging, and responsible business programs.
- Own ESG communications to leadership and employees, driving engagement and awareness across the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years in ESG or sustainability.
- Expertise in GHG accounting, CSRD/ESRS, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi.
- Cross-functional program management.
- Strong with data and storytelling.
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused.
