What you will do
- Define and manage the overall cutover strategy, including detailed runbooks, migration plans, and go/no-go governance.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution activities across multiple technical and business workstreams.
- Coordinate and facilitate cutover rehearsals, simulation exercises, and dry runs to validate readiness.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between business, technology, operations, and external vendors.
- Facilitate governance meetings and readiness reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to continuously improve cutover methodologies and frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project delivery, specifically leading complex cutovers and migrations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs within banking or highly regulated environments.
- Strong expertise in release management, environment readiness, and RAID management.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.
