TL;DR
Solution Engineer - Lead Consultant (Digital Commerce): Designing and architecting enterprise-level digital commerce solutions for Fortune 500 brands with an accent on headless/composable architecture and platform integration. Focus on leading technical discovery, facilitating executive workshops, and bridging the gap between business goals and technical implementation.
Location: Fully Remote (Must be able to support the US and Canadian markets)

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery engagements to uncover business requirements, technical constraints, and organizational realities for Fortune 500 clients.
- Design end-to-end digital solutions spanning platforms like Adobe Commerce, Contentful, Akeneo, and Commercetools.
- Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and craft winning technical RFP responses.
- Present technical solution visions to C-suite stakeholders, translating complex architecture into business impact.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure delivery alignment and technical scalability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital commerce, content, and data with hands-on platform implementation experience.
- Deep expertise in ecommerce and content applications, specifically Adobe and Contentful.
- Proven track record of designing solutions for enterprise clients or complex multi-brand environments.
- Strong grasp of modern commerce architecture: headless, composable, APIs, and microservices.
- Ability to support US and Canadian markets.
- Background in B2B and retail commerce.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PIM, OMS, ERP, CRM, CDP, payment, and search solutions.
