Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland). Must be based in Poland and work from the office two days a week.
Salary: 5,167 – 9,167 PLN gross

What you will do
- Coordinate with regional teams in the US and Europe to deliver high-impact programmatic solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Manage data accuracy for reporting tools and campaign management software.
- Generate daily pacing reports and provide analytical commentary to Media Activation teams.
- Analyze raw campaign data to identify and implement actionable optimizations.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in planning and managing programmatic campaigns (e.g., DV360).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work directly from Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).
- Experience in analyzing raw data to develop strategic recommendations.
