Location: Office in Limassol, Cyprus (Relocation and work permit support provided)

What you will do

  • Lead and develop the sales team, setting KPIs and optimizing sales processes.
  • Develop and execute scalable outbound and partnership-driven sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
  • Personally lead high-level negotiations and manage relationships with key strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align sales initiatives with company growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Background in SaaS, Telecom, CPaaS, iGaming, or MarTech industries.
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and building outbound channels.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling infrastructure or performance-driven B2B products.
  • Existing network within iGaming, fintech, or affiliate ecosystems.
