I'm seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales growth and drive expansion for our creative tech company in Limassol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Develop strategic sales plans for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Target key verticals including fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce.
- Build lasting client relationships and drive full-cycle sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and analyze pipeline KPIs.
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of sales leadership in SaaS, software, or IT services.
- Solid understanding of software development and tech lifecycles.
- Fluent English communication skills (Greek is a plus).
